As a trusted partner to internal teams and external clients, you'll deliver high quality end-to-end recruitment services across a diverse range of office and professional roles. What You'll Be Doing

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – advertising, sourcing, interviewing, compliance, and placement
n
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide market insights
n
- Engage in reverse marketing with current and prospective clients/candidates
n
- Use creative sourcing techniques to attract top talent
n
- Match skilled candidates with opportunities across a range of industries
n
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all requirements
n
- Represent Maxima at local events and promote our services
n
- Work collaboratively with a high-performing team to meet shared goals
n

What We're Looking For

- A strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
n
- Proven ability to build and grow relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders
n
- Experience in agency recruitment
n
- Organised, proactive, and able to juggle competing priorities
n




- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
n

- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally as required
