The group is a recognised leader in providing quality engineered systems and advanced industrial products and solutions to sectors such as Mining, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Construction, Agriculture, and Transport.

About the Role:

n

This is a key standalone HR role reporting directly to the Managing Director. You'll act as a trusted advisor, coach, and strategic partner to business leaders—delivering practical, solutions-focused support across the full employee lifecycle. In a time of exciting transformation and growth, this role will be pivotal in shaping and integrating HR policies, practices, and strategies that align with both business objectives and our people-first philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Partner with leaders to execute the SKF People Strategy and foster a high-performance culture
n
- Lead and implement HR initiatives across talent management, workforce planning, engagement, and succession planning
n
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and industrial relations
n
- Support end to end recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention activities across the organisation
n
- Maintain and enhance HR policies, systems,



and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency
n
- Coordinate remuneration reviews, job evaluations, and employee benefits programs
n
- Lead HR reporting and analytics, using data insights to inform business decisions
n
- Role model JSG's values and contribute to a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement
n
- Ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety (WHS) and environmental standards
n

About You:

n

n
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
n
- 5+ years' generalist HR experience in corporate, industrial, or site-based environments
n
- Proven ability to coach leaders, manage ER/IR matters, and lead through change
n
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and navigating matrixed organisations
n
- Strong working knowledge of employment legislation, Fair Work, and HR best practices
n
- High level of professionalism, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset
n
