- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction (Builder Side, not Client)

- Exposure to new-build projects across sectors such as retail, education, or healthcare

- Solid financial and programme management capability

- Exceptional stakeholder and team leadership skills

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction or related discipline
