About the Role
n
As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the restaurant, leading the front‐of‐house team, and ensuring outstanding customer service in a fast‐paced dining environment.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Lead, supervise and motivate the Front of House team.
n
- Manage the day‐to‐day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction.
n
- Train, coach and develop team members to achieve excellent service standards.
n
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure efficient communication and service.
n
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
n
- Maintain workplace hygiene, presentation and compliance with company policies and procedures.
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
- Previous experience as a Front of House Manager, Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy hospitality environment.
n
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
n
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
n
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and a hands‐on approach.
n
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast‐paced restaurant setting.
n
- Fluency in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
n
- Previous experience in a Cantonese restaurant, Chinese banquet restaurant or Yum Cha restaurant will be highly regarded.
n
- A current RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
n
