We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Product Portfolio Manager – Cosmetic Aesthetics to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

n

Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, this pivotal role will lead the innovation pipeline and lifecycle management of our cosmetic aesthetics portfolio. You'll work cross-functionally with Medical, Clinical, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Finance and Learning & Capability teams to ensure our treatments and services remain clinically relevant, commercially competitive and aligned to evolving customer needs.

How You'll Make an Impact

n

n
- Own the strategic roadmap and lifecycle management of the cosmetic aesthetics treatment portfolio.
n
- Lead the end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) process, driving innovation from concept through to launch.
n
- Manage the Stage Gate process, ensuring initiatives meet commercial, operational and clinical requirements.
n
- Identify portfolio opportunities, gaps and emerging market trends to inform future growth strategies.
n
- Develop robust business cases and recommendations for Product Steering Committee approval.
n
- Partner with Medical teams to support the management and governance of treatment protocols.
n
- Provide portfolio expertise and insights to support pricing, investment and commercial decision‐making.
n
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful product and service launches.
n
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to support innovation, launch readiness and portfolio delivery.
n




- Capture launch learnings and continuously improve processes and portfolio performance.
n

What You'll Bring to the Team

n

n
- Experience in product, portfolio or category management, preferably within beauty or cosmetic aesthetics
n
- Experience leading or supporting New Product Development initiatives and Stage Gate governance processes.
n
- Strong understanding of cosmetic aesthetics, laser, skin or adjacent treatment categories.
n
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across business functions
n
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate insights into portfolio recommendations and business cases.
n
- Experience contributing to pricing, investment and commercial decision‐making.
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
n
- Experience within a franchise, retail or multi‐site environment will be highly regarded.
