You don't need insurance or construction experience. If you're switched on, confident on the phone, good with computers and ready to learn, they'll teach you the rest!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who wants more than "just an admin job". The business loves developing its people, with team members regularly progressing into other areas of the company.

Entry Level Administrator

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part of a busy, supportive team helping coordinate insurance repair jobs from start to finish, including:

- Speaking with customers, trades and insurance clients over phone and email
- Booking trades, emergency repairs and site inspections
- Scheduling appointments and keeping jobs moving
- Updating internal systems and online portals
- Assisting with claims administration and documentation
- Working to deadlines and keeping customers updated




- Problem-solving when things change - because they definitely will!

Who We’re Looking For

We're looking for attitude and potential over years of experience.

You could be coming from administration, reception, retail, hospitality, customer service or even looking for your first real opportunity to build a career.

You’ll ideally be:

- Friendly, confident and comfortable speaking with people
- Organised and good at juggling multiple tasks
- Quick with computers and happy learning new systems
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive communicator who enjoys being part of a team
- Positive, motivated and keen to learn
