We’re now looking for a motivated Client Services professional to join our Brisbane Head Office and be part of a friendly, high-performing team.

THE ROLE

If you love helping people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy being the reassuring voice on the other end of the phone, this is the role for you.

As part of our Client Services team, you’ll manage inbound calls, guide clients with explicit information, and connect them with our expert Property Team. You’ll be the first point of contact—making every call feel easy, and every client feel supported.

What you’ll do:

- Handle incoming phone calls and some email enquiries
- Provide friendly, accurate information about our services
- Log interactions and maintain client details in our cloud-based systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met




- Work business hours only—your evenings are yours

ABOUT YOU You’ll be a great fit if you:

- Communicate clearly, proactively, and with confidence
- Are committed to outstanding client service
- Adapt easily to varying workloads
- Can work well both independently and within a team
- Are organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Have experience in a busy reception, call centre, or customer-facing phone role

Qualifications: Completion of Year 12 plus experience in a call centre or similar role is essential.
