Roaver is a fast-growing software company providing white-label, aggregator travel solutions for campervan and motorhome rentals across Australia and Current Zealand. After 5 years of operation, Roaver has grown to become a leading rental purchaser for many of the major campervan operators we partner with. Our platform powers bookings and customer service for dozens of travel agencies, and we’re continuing to grow rapidly.

We’re now on the lookout for a Customer Support Specialist who can jump in, take ownership, and be the first line of support for our network of travel agents using the Roaver platform.

The Role

As our Support Agent, you’ll be responsible for:

- Providing first-level support to travel agents using the Roaver system
- Troubleshooting booking issues, platform queries, and account questions
- Handling administrative tasks and ensuring smooth daily operations
- Liaising with campervan rental operators when needed to resolve issues
- Contributing to improvements in support processes and documentation

What We’re Looking For





- Experience in a customer support or admin role (travel industry is a bonus!) but not neccessary. We are happy to take someone on with the drive to start their career
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy and confident navigating software platforms
- Proactive, organised, and someone who “just gets things done”
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- If you dont have experience dont worry, we are happy to train you so you if you feel you have what it takes make sure you apply
