? D365 F&O; Solution Architect | Major Transformation Programmes

I’m currently looking to connect with experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Solution Architects for upcoming opportunities with a leading global organisation.

This is aimed at someone who can operate beyond the technical architecture - someone comfortable sitting with senior stakeholders, understanding complex business requirements and translating those into pragmatic, scalable D365 solutions.

The role will involve:

- Owning the end-to-end solution architecture across Dynamics 365 F&O;
- Advising clients throughout complex ERP transformation programmes
- Working across areas including Finance, Supply Chain, Retail and Manufacturing
- Leading solution design and ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical delivery
- Working closely with functional, technical and integration teams
- Providing guidance and challenge to senior client stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to improve solutions through automation, AI and emerging Microsoft technologies
- Supporting key architectural decisions throughout the programme lifecycle

What I’m looking for:





- Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Previous experience operating as a Solution Architect / Lead Architect on large-scale ERP programmes
- Robust understanding across Finance and/or Supply Chain Management
- Experience within Retail or Manufacturing environments would be highly advantageous
- A genuine consulting mindset - able to advise, challenge and influence rather than simply take requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience within a Big 4, global SI or recognised Microsoft consultancy would be highly regarded
- An interest in how AI and innovation can improve ERP transformation and business outcomes

The technical capability is important, but equally important is someone who can build credibility with clients and operate comfortably at senior stakeholder level.
