We are seeking a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or junior professional who is passionate about data, business intelligence, and turning data into actionable insights.

? Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.

• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

• Support data-driven decision-making across different business functions.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.

• Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions and support strategic initiatives.

• Use SQL and Excel to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.

• Assist with dashboard development using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

• Validate data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across reporting systems.

• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and analytical needs.

• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.

• Assist in improving data reporting processes, analytical workflows, and documentation.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.





• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL .

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools is a plus.

- Understanding of basic statistics, data visualization, and analytical concepts.
- Solid analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical and analytical skills.
