? About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Entry / Junior) to join our growing team ?

In this role, you’ll work with business and technical teams to collect, clean, analyse, and visualise data to support informed business decisions. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence ?

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate, and organise data from multiple sources
- Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights ?
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualisations ?
- Use Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools to analyse and present data
- Assist with developing and maintaining business intelligence dashboards
- Monitor data quality and investigate inconsistencies or anomalies
- Translate business questions into clear analytical requirements
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and data needs
- Prepare clear summaries and recommendations based on analytical findings
- Support forecasting, performance monitoring, and KPI reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation of data sources, reports, and analytical processes
- Assist with data-related projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Finance, Operations, IT, and other teams
- Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders ?

- Basic understanding of data analysis and statistical concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualisation tools is advantageous

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valuable organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Curious mindset and eagerness to learn new data technologies ?

? Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply ?
- Academic projects, internships, or personal data-analysis projects are a plus
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or database systems is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of data visualisation, statistics, and reporting is preferred
