Role Overview If you enjoy solving complex data challenges and building seamless integrations, this role is for you. As a Data Developer, you’ll design and deliver data mapping and transformation processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Azure Data Factory (ADF).

This is a hands‑on integration role where your expertise in ETL development, Azure connectivity, and CRM data models will make a direct impact. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is highly regarded and will help you thrive in this project.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new ADF/SSIS packages to connect external systems with Dataverse
- Configure secure connectivity to external databases within Azure
- Design and implement source‑to‑target transformations using approved mappings and data dictionaries
- Load transformed data into Dataverse entities while preserving integrity and relationships
- Implement error handling, logging, and reconciliation processes
- Support iterative testing as source schema components evolve
- Produce technical documentation, deployment instructions,



and operational support materials
- Conduct SIT testing and support business validation activities

Skills & Experience required You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Bring

- Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to design and deliver integration packages
- Familiarity with KingswaySoft for seamless CRM connectivity
- Hands‑on knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse / Dynamics 365 CRM to support data migration and transformation
- Strong SQL Server and T‑SQL development skills to handle complex queries and transformations
- Confidence in data mapping and transformation design, ensuring accuracy and integrity across systems
- Understanding of Azure integration and connectivity for secure and efficient data flows
- Proven background in ETL development and data migration, delivering reliable pipelines
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines to support contemporary deployment practices
