We’re looking for a curious and analytical Data Insights Analyst to transform raw data into meaningful business insights. You’ll explore datasets, monitor key metrics, build reports, and help teams uncover trends and opportunities that support smarter decision-making.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Clean, validate, and prepare datasets for reporting and analysis.
- Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and potential business opportunities.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for internal teams.
- Use SQL and spreadsheet tools to extract and analyze data.
- Monitor key performance indicators and highlight significant changes.
- Support recurring reports and ad-hoc analytical requests.
- Collaborate with business, product, marketing, and technical teams.
- Translate analytical findings into clear and actionable insights.
- Investigate data inconsistencies and assist with improving data quality.
- Document data sources, reporting processes, and analytical methodologies.

? What We’re Looking For





- Basic understanding of data analysis and statistical concepts.
- Familiarity with SQL and Excel or Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of Python, R, or another analytical language is a plus.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools is beneficial.
- Robust numerical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex findings in a simple and clear way.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Curious mindset with a strong interest in discovering insights from data.
