The Role

Based in Winnellie NT, our client offers supply chain services such as warehousing and distribution, as well as sustainment services such as the management of key infrastructure assets, provision of food, fuel and ports facilities.

Toll Recruit are currently seeking a casual Data Entry Clerk to work 8:00am to 4:00pm, Tuesday to Thursday + other days as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Data entry
- Process invoices for suppliers and vendors
- Invoice clients
- Maintain spreadsheets
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Skills and Experience

- A solid administrative background with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence working with systems and technology, including Excel, Adobe and other business applications
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing business requirements
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A team-oriented mindset and willingness to support others when required
