We are seeking a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Data Insights Analyst (Entry / Junior) to support data analysis, reporting, and business decision-making. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, identifying trends, solving problems, and transforming information into actionable business insights.

? Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and validate data from internal and external sources.

• Analyze business, operational, customer, and market data to identify trends and insights.

• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and data summaries for management and internal teams.

• Support the development and maintenance of data dashboards and performance tracking tools.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify significant changes or trends.

• Conduct basic statistical and quantitative analysis to support business decisions.

• Assist with market research, customer analysis, and competitive intelligence projects.

• Translate complex data findings into clear and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

• Identify data quality issues and work with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies.

• Support forecasting, business planning, and performance analysis activities.

• Collaborate with finance, marketing, sales, operations, and other departments on data-related projects.

• Maintain accurate documentation of data sources, methodologies, reports, and analysis processes.

• Stay updated on data analytics tools, reporting techniques, and industry trends.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics,



or a related field is preferred.

• Strong interest in data analysis, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making.

• Basic knowledge of Excel, data analysis, and statistical concepts.

• Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to identify patterns, trends, and meaningful insights from data.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain findings clearly.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Previous internship, academic, or project experience involving data analysis is a plus.

• Willingness to learn new analytical tools, technologies, and methodologies.
