We are seeking a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Data Insights Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or junior professional who is passionate about data, business insights, and turning information into actionable recommendations.

? Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.

• Support the preparation of regular business, operational, and performance reports.

• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

• Translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights.

• Work closely with business, marketing, operations, finance, and technology teams to understand data requirements.

• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.

• Validate data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across reporting systems.

• Assist with forecasting, performance analysis, and basic statistical analysis.

• Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• Continuously improve reporting processes, analytical methods, and data workflows.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.





• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.

• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar analytical tools is a plus.

- Understanding of data visualization and reporting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate findings effectively.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical and analytical skills.
