? About the Role

We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Data Insights Analyst to uncover meaningful stories within data. You’ll analyze business information, build insightful reports, and help teams understand performance, identify opportunities, and make better data-driven decisions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Gather and organize data from internal systems and external sources.
- Clean, validate, and prepare datasets for analysis.
- Explore datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Create dashboards, reports, charts, and visual summaries.
- Monitor KPIs and investigate significant changes in performance.
- Use SQL and spreadsheet tools to extract and analyze data.
- Support recurring reporting and ad-hoc analytical requests.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business and data requirements.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear business insights.
- Identify data-quality issues and assist with improving reporting accuracy.
- Maintain documentation for metrics, datasets, and analytical processes.

? What We’re Looking For





- Basic understanding of data analysis and statistical concepts.
- Familiarity with SQL and Excel or Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of Python, R, or another analytical language is a plus.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms is beneficial.
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Naturally curious and interested in finding answers through data.
- Willingness to learn new analytical tools and business processes.
