We are seeking a motivated and analytical Data Insights Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates and junior professionals who are passionate about data, business intelligence, and using data to support better business decisions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Work with business and technical teams to understand data requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators and business metrics.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and investigate data-related issues.
- Support data-driven projects and business improvement initiatives.
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and documentation.
- Assist in developing dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Use SQL to query, analyze, and transform data.
- Present findings and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Continuously improve reporting processes and analytical workflows.

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economics,



or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and statistical concepts.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interest in data, technology, and business intelligence.
