We are seeking a highly analytical, curious, and detail-oriented Data Insights Analyst to support data analysis, business intelligence, market research, and strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for entry-level and junior professionals who are passionate about data, business, technology, and transforming complex information into meaningful and actionable insights.

? Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and risks.

• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, presentations, and data summaries.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), business metrics, and operational performance.

• Translate business questions and requirements into data-driven analysis and actionable recommendations.

• Conduct market, industry, customer, and competitor research to support strategic initiatives.

• Identify emerging trends and business opportunities through data analysis and research.

• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and business intelligence reports.

• Perform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and analytical needs.

• Present analytical findings and insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Assist with forecasting, performance analysis, trend analysis, and business planning activities.

• Maintain accurate documentation of data sources, analytical processes, reports, and methodologies.

• Research new analytical tools, technologies, methodologies, and industry trends.

• Assist with ad hoc data analysis, research, and strategic projects as required.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics,



Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong analytical, quantitative, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis functions.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL is preferred.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or similar analytical tools is an advantage.

• Understanding of basic statistical concepts, data visualization, and analytical methodologies.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Ability to work with large amounts of information and identify meaningful patterns and insights.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to present complex data and analytical findings in a clear and concise manner.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Internship, academic projects, personal projects, or previous experience in data analysis is an advantage.

• Strong interest in data, business intelligence, technology, and data-driven decision-making.
