? About the Role

We’re looking for a curious and analytical Data Insights Analyst to transform raw data into clear, meaningful business insights. You’ll investigate trends, monitor key metrics, build insightful reports, and help teams make smarter decisions through data.

? Key Responsibilities

- Gather and organize data from internal and external sources.
- Clean, validate, and prepare datasets for analysis.
- Explore data to uncover trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Build dashboards, visualizations, and recurring performance reports.
- Use SQL and spreadsheet tools to investigate business questions.
- Monitor KPIs and highlight significant changes or emerging trends.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and recurring business reporting.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, Marketing, Finance, and other teams.
- Translate analytical findings into transparent and actionable recommendations.
- Identify data-quality issues and assist with improving reporting accuracy.
- Maintain documentation for datasets, metrics, dashboards, and analytical processes.

- Basic understanding of data analysis and statistical concepts.
- Familiarity with SQL and Excel or Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of Python, R, or similar analytical tools is a plus.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or other BI platforms is beneficial.
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working independently and managing priorities.
- Natural curiosity and interest in discovering meaningful patterns.
- Willingness to learn new analytical tools, technologies, and business processes.
