? About the Role

We’re looking for a curious and analytical Data Insights Analyst to turn raw information into meaningful business intelligence. You’ll explore datasets, uncover trends, monitor performance, and create clear visual insights that help teams make informed decisions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Gather and organize data from internal platforms and external sources.
- Clean, validate, and prepare datasets for analysis.
- Analyze information to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Build dashboards, reports, charts, and KPI summaries.
- Use SQL and spreadsheet tools to investigate business questions.
- Monitor key performance indicators and highlight important changes.
- Support recurring reporting and ad-hoc analytical projects.
- Collaborate with business, product, marketing, and technical teams.
- Translate complex analytical findings into simple, actionable insights.
- Identify data-quality issues and assist with improving reporting processes.
- Maintain documentation for metrics, datasets, and analytical workflows.

? What We’re Looking For





- Basic understanding of data analysis and statistical concepts.
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of Python, R, or similar analytical tools is a plus.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or other BI platforms is beneficial.
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
