Looking for a leadership role where you can enjoy variety, work with great people, and make a real impact?

Belgravia Outdoor Education is seeking a Site Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Camp Narmbool, a beautiful camp and accommodation venue set in regional Victoria.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll support a small team, ensure guests have a great experience, and help the site continue to grow. You’ll have plenty of support from the wider Belgravia Outdoor Education team while enjoying the autonomy to run the site as your own.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Leading and supporting the in office team
- Ensuring guests enjoy a positive experience
- Overseeing accommodation, catering and site presentation
- Building relationships with schools, groups and visitors
- Managing bookings, budgets and day-to-day operations
- Supporting events and venue hire opportunities
- Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

About You
You don’t need experience in every aspect of the role.



We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly.

You may have experience in:

- Hospitality
- Tourism
- Camps or outdoor education
- Venue management
- Facilities or operations management.

Most importantly, you’ll be a positive leader who enjoys taking ownership and creating great experiences for guests.
