Friendship Square Early Learning Centre is looking for a caring, experienced, and engaging LEAD & Co-EDUCATORS to join our EXCEEDING team in the Pre-Kinder class at our Reggio Emilia inspired centre.

We are searching for an amazing educator/S with knowledge and experience in working with young children.

We offer:

Small class sizes/small team:

A team of dedicated and inspiring co-educators

4 hours of planning and curriculum time each week (Lead Educator only)

Reggio-inspired learning environments

The centre is closed for 2 weeks during the Christmas holidays

A fortnightly RDO

A community-oriented, not for profit centre focused on families, children, education, and respect for educators

Paid professional development and regular staff meetings (with overtime pay and dinner provided)

Rotating monthly roster.

Position requirements: Successful candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:





Certificate 3 / Diploma or working towards

Current employee working with children check

A passion for early childhood education, a collaborative mindset, and a positive attitude.

Solid communication skills and a person-centered approach.

Key requirements:

An approved ACECQA qualification, or evidence of studying towards one

A demonstrated interest in children and their development

First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Training

Valid Working with Children Check

Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules

Working rights – Visa/Passport
