My client is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Corporate M&A; team in Sydney. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile private corporate transactions and complex commercial agreements.

About the Role:

As a Senior Associate, you will:

- Manage a diverse range of corporate matters, including M&A;, joint ventures, and capital raisings across multiple jurisdictions.

- Provide strategic advice and draft complex commercial agreements for clients from various industries.
n
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to deliver innovative and commercially focused legal solutions.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

- Over 5 years of post-admission experience in corporate law, with strong expertise in transactional and advisory work.
n
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong client relationships.

- A commitment to delivering high-quality client service with a commercial focus.
