Your Role: Make an Impact from Day One

As an Investment Banking Analyst/Associate, you will be pivotal in executing complex M&A; deals, capital raisings, and strategic advisory mandates. You'll work closely with senior bankers and clients, gaining frontline exposure to significant transactions and developing a deep understanding of corporate finance, valuation, and deal structuring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain complex financial models to support deal evaluation and execution.

- Conduct deep-dive industry research, financial statement analysis, and competitive benchmarking to assess investment opportunities.

- Support senior team members in executing transactions, coordinating workflows, and ensuring smooth deal progress.

- Prepare compelling pitch decks, investor presentations,



and transaction-related documentation.

- Stay ahead of market trends and provide valuable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Work closely with clients, attend meetings, and assist in managing key relationships.

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
n
- 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or M&A; Advisory.
n
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
n
- Strong communication and presentation skills – ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
n
- A self-starter with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
- Passion for investment banking, financial markets, and executing transactions.
