Senior P&C; Business Partner | 12-month FTC | $230-250k + Super

About the Role

n

This is a true business partnering role where you will partner with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives and uplift team capability. You will support key projects at a global and regional level, help with change and transformation initiatives, and deliver annual people processes.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Design and develop the people strategy for the client group.
n
- Manage and deliver annual and cyclical HR processes including performance, reward, talent, succession planning and engagement.
n
- Support organisational development initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
n
- Coach and guide leaders on employee relations matters.
n
- Work closely with HR CoEs on L&D; initiatives, DE&I; and culture.
n
- Provide data‐led insights to influence outcomes.
n




- Exercise thought leadership to inform best practice.
n

About You – Key Qualifications

n

n
- Strong business‐partnering experience with senior leaders across the employee lifecycle.
n
- Proven track record in leading and enhancing annual people processes aligned with best practices.
n
- Ability to balance operational and strategic work while managing competing priorities.
n
- Experience in a dynamic setting and commitment to making an impact.
n
- Financial services experience is advantageous but not required.
n

Process

n

The selection process includes an initial meeting with a Levyl consultant, followed by three rounds of interviews with senior leaders. You will also complete psychometric testing and may be required to provide assessments and undergo background and reference checks.
