We are seeking an SAP HXM Functional Consultant with strong hands‐on experience in SuccessFactors Compensation and UKG (Pro/Dimensions/Kronos) to support HR and Payroll technology operations. The role provides L2/L3 support, resolves system issues, supports annual compensation cycles, and ensures stable integrations across HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional and technical support for SuccessFactors Compensation and UKG modules.
n
- Support Merit, Bonus, and LTI cycles including testing, data validation, and worksheet setup.
n
- Troubleshoot system errors, data issues, integration failures, and permission problems.
n
- Maintain compensation templates, rules, budgets, and RBP access.
n
- Support UKG Time/Attendance/HR/Payroll configuration and issue resolution.
n
- Work with HR, IT,



and vendors to ensure smooth system operations and enhancements.
n

Requirements

n

n
- 5+ years HRIS/ERP application support experience.
n
- Strong experience in SuccessFactors Compensation (mandatory).
n
- Experience with UKG Pro / Dimensions / Kronos.
n
- Good understanding of HR, compensation processes, or workforce management.
n
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
n
