The Role

They are seeking a Backend Software Engineer to join their agile development team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of backend best practices and a track record of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Architect, build, and maintain backend systems that enhance functionality and user experience
n
- Implement automated testing to ensure platform stability and reliability
n
- Collaborate with engineering peers to design, release, and support new features
n
- Take ownership of services and code in production environments
n
- Manage and optimise relational databases for performance and scalability
n

Ideal Experience

n




- Minimum 3 years experience in backend software development
n
- Strong proficiency with Node.js
n
- Experience with NestJS
n
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and backend development best practices
n
- Experience working in Unix/Linux environments
n
