As a Campus Recruiter,you'llwork alongside a passionate team of specialists, focusing on key areas that contribute to the team'sgoals. Responsibilities include:

- Supporting the full lifecycle of campus recruitment: from event planning to candidate selection.
n
- Coordinating assessments, mapping interview processes, and managinglogisticsto ensure a seamless candidate journey.
n
- Partnering with key stakeholders across the business to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
n
- Helping drive our campus attraction strategy - bringing your ideas, creativity and perspective to the table.
n
- Building strong relationships with universities and student societies across Australia and New Zealand.
n
- Developing a deep understanding of behavioural competencies and applying them during high-volume assessment periods.
n
- Continuously improving operational processes andidentifyingnew opportunities to attract exceptional talent.

Who you are

- A passionate early-career recruiter (agency or in-house), or someone keen to break into campus recruitment.

- An excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
