As a Speech Pathologist in our Revesby clinic, you will be responsible for maintaining a mixed caseload, serving both in the clinic and in the wider community. You will work alongside a dedicated team of Allied Health Professionals, driving excellence and pushing the boundaries of person‐centred care to improve lives.

Position: Full‐time or part‐time (depending on your availability). Eligibility: New Graduate or above.

Responsibilities
n
n
- Drive and lead your own caseload, delivering exceptional care to participants.
n
- Provide high‐quality, person‐centred speech therapy to a wide range of NDIS participants.
n
- Participate in peer consultations with other disciplines to achieve client outcomes.
n
- Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals that support independent functioning.
n
- Report disciplinary or grievance incidents, assist in record‐keeping and data tracking, and provide necessary reports to senior management.
n

Essential Qualifications And Experience
n
n
- Completed Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Speech Pathology.
n
- Full SPA Registration (or eligible on graduation).
n
- Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car.
n
- Unrestricted Australian work rights.
n
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
n
- Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
