About the Role

This role is a great fit for an ambitious accountant ready to take on further senior responsibilities. Working within a supportive team structure, you will manage a portfolio of business and personal clients across a broad range of industries, taking ownership of client workflow, preparing and reviewing financials and tax entities, and overseeing the work of junior team members.

n

Strong client relationships are at the core of this role, with a focus on proactive advice and identifying opportunities to add value beyond compliance.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Engage with a diverse portfolio of clients, particularly within high growth sectors
n
- Preparation of financial statement and tax returns & Div 7A, CGT and FBT Calculations
n




- Guide clients in achieving their economic objectives
n
- Advisory Services
n
- Liaison with the ATO
n
- Maintenance and preparation of clients financial records
n
- Excellent client relationship and rapport‐building skills
n

Requirements

n

n
- 5+ years of experience in an Australian accounting firm.
n
- CA/CPA/IPA qualifications or close to completion.
n
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
n
