This role involves leading a small practice team, including front‐of‐house and reception responsibilities. Join us on a 13‐month fixed‐term contract.

Responsibilities

- Lead daily practice operations and support staff development
n
- Drive exceptional patient care and satisfaction
n
- Oversee rosters, stock, compliance, and reporting
n
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and practice profitability
n
- Support marketing initiatives and current patient growth
n
- Collaborate with clinicians to uphold high standards of care
n
- Reception and front‐of‐house responsibilities
n

n

Qualifications

n

n
- Previous experience in dentistry with team leadership or management responsibilities
n
- Certificate III/IV in Dental Assisting (advantageous but not essential)
n
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to run day‐to‐day practice operations
n
- Track record in driving business performance, sales, and meeting KPIs
n
- Confident with front desk systems, administration, and MS Word/Excel
n
- Experience with dental software (desirable, not essential)
