About the Role
Reporting to the State Contracts & Compliance Manager, you'll be responsible for preparing and coordinating residential building contracts from sales acceptance through to execution. You'll work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure all contract documentation is accurate, compliant and delivered within agreed service levels.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare residential building contracts, tender documentation and supporting documentation.
Coordinate contract preparation, execution and contract variations.
Maintain accurate contract records and document management throughout the customer journey.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely progression of contracts.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, company policies and contractual requirements.
Record and maintain accurate information within ClickHome.
Monitor workflow deadlines and ensure service levels are achieved.
Prepare reports and provide administrative support as required.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies.
About You
You'll be a highly organised administrator with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
You'll also bring:
Previous experience in Contracts Administration within the residential construction or building industry.
Solid understanding of residential building contracts and documentation.
Knowledge of Victorian residential building legislation and compliance requirements.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service focus with the ability to build positive relationships.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience using ClickHome or similar construction management software will be highly regarded.
A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and delivering exceptional service.
