This is an exciting opportunity to step into a Territory Manager role leading the Victorian & Tasmania launch. As part of your portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the technology across key hospitals, partnering closely with clinicians and stakeholders to support adoption, embed best practice, and drive sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Build strong, credible relationships with surgeons, nursing teams and hospital stakeholders
n
- Lead education, in-servicing and early clinical adoption initiatives
n
- Support clinicians through product demonstrations and case support
n
- Navigate complex hospital environments and multidisciplinary teams
n
- Analyse market dynamics to identify opportunities and prioritise activity
n

About you:

- Proven success in medical device sales
n
- Comfortable operating in complex hospital environments with multiple decision-makers
n
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence change and drive adoption
n
- High clinical curiosity and credibility - able to engage confidently in technical discussions
n
- Self-driven, resilient and motivated by being first-to-market with innovative technology
n
- A collaborative team player with a strong desire to make a meaningful impact
n
