Key Responsibilities
n

- Provide transparent, practical advice to clients on employment matters, including contracts, workplace policies, and dispute resolution
n
- Lead or support employment-related investigations and negotiations
n
- Assist clients in navigating workplace compliance and governance challenges
n
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and training programs
n
- Work closely with senior lawyers and partners on complex advisory and litigation matters
n
- Support the team in delivering high-quality outcomes and mentoring junior colleagues
n
n
About You
n
n
- 3–6 years post-admission experience as an Employment Advisory Lawyer
n
- Strong understanding of employment law with experience across advisory and dispute matters
n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong time management and prioritisation skills
n
- Eager to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to a positive team culture
n
n
