Opportunity

You will be stepping into a practice that plays a critical role in the development and delivery of major projects. The work is sophisticated and wide-ranging, ranging from foundational advisory to the execution of complex infrastructure deals. You will work closely with a diverse client base, including government bodies, major developers, and renewable energy innovators,



as they navigate the shift toward sustainable and large-scale power infrastructure.

You will have high-level exposure to advising on major infrastructure developments, PPPs, and large-scale utility projects and taking a leading role in the documentation and negotiation of wind, solar, and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.

About You

We are seeking a commercially minded lawyer of 3+ PQE who thrives in a high-performance environment. Experience within a top-tier or leading international firm environment is highly regarded. We're looking for someone with a sharp eye for drafting and a talent for developing strong client relationships.
