We are representing a growing Early Childhood organisation seeking an experiencedCentre Directorto lead their beautiful service near Gisborne.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious leader who is passionate about building high-performing teams, delivering exceptional educational outcomes, and driving centre occupancy. You'll have the autonomy to shape the culture of a new service while being supported by an experienced and collaborative Head Office team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead all day-to-day operations of the Early Learning Centre
- Drive occupancy growth through strong community engagement and family relationships
- Build,



mentor and inspire a high-performing team of educators
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation
- Foster a positive, inclusive and team-oriented team culture
- Deliver high-quality educational programs and continuous improvement initiativesManage staffing, budgets and centre performance

What You'll Need

- Previous experience as a Centre Director in an Early Learning Centre
- Proven ability to grow occupancy and build strong community relationships
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent knowledge of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and Child Safe Standards
- Relevant Early Childhood qualification
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Child Protection training
