Following continued success and expansion, they're seeking a driven Territory Manager to take ownership of a high-potential territory and deliver exceptional sales results. You will also have the chance to mentor junior team members too.

Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth across a diverse orthopaedic portfolio.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, clinical teams, and hospital stakeholders.
n
- Develop and execute territory strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
n
- Learn from experienced senior team members while progressively taking on mentoring responsibilities for newer representatives.
n




- Represent the company with professionalism and passion, becoming a trusted partner to your customers.

About You

n

We're looking for someone who is:

n
- Ambitious and sales-focused, with a hunger to succeed and grow.
n
- Experienced in medical device sales OR ready to step up from a clinical/surgical support role into a commercial position.
n
- A strong communicator and relationship builder, able to earn trust quickly.
n
- Driven by results and motivated by targets.
n
- Passionate about helping improve surgical outcomes and patient lives.
