We're looking for a Delivery Practice Analyst to join our Enterprise Services Software Engineering team and help shape how delivery happens across one of Australia's largest and most trusted organisations.

This isn't a project management role. It's an opportunity to become the go-to expert for delivery practices, Atlassian tooling and continuous improvement, empowering teams to deliver with greater clarity, consistency and confidence.

What You'll Do

?️ Own and optimise our Atlassian ecosystem Support and enhance Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Product Discovery and Confluence to enable high-performing delivery teams.

? Turn data into actionable insights Build dashboards, analyse delivery trends and identify opportunities to improve performance, transparency and decision-making across portfolios.

? Champion delivery excellence Help define and embed delivery standards, frameworks, templates and best practices that improve the way teams plan, track and deliver work.

? Support and coach teams Partner with Delivery Leads, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Business Analysts and Engineers to improve ways of working and maximise the value of delivery tools.

? Drive continuous improvement Identify patterns, risks and opportunities to help evolve delivery maturity across Enterprise Services.

What You'll Bring

✅ Robust Jira and Confluence administration experience

✅ Experience working in Agile, hybrid or project delivery environments





✅ A passion for improving processes and helping teams succeed

✅ Confidence working with delivery, technology and business stakeholders

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills

✅ Ability to translate complex data into practical recommendations

Bonus Points If You Have

⭐ Experience supporting enterprise-scale delivery environments

⭐ Exposure to governance, assurance or portfolio delivery

⭐ Experience contributing to Communities of Practice

⭐ SAFe, Scrum, Agile or Project Management certifications
