We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting custom made cabinetry safely from our manufacturing shed directly to residential and commercial job sites. This is a hands-on position requiring active loading and unloading, making it perfect for someone who enjoys a dynamic workday and takes pride in ensuring high-quality products arrive in pristine condition.
Key responsibilities
- Drive and operate company delivery vehicles safely to various local job sites
- Heavy lifting, loading, and unloading of cabinetry pieces from the factory floor onto the truck and delivering them safely to the site
- Ensure all items are properly strapped, packed, and protected against transit damage
- Coordinate delivery drop-offs professionally with our team and in office contractors
About you
- Must hold a valid Australian driver's licence capable of driving manual vehicles
- Proven experience driving delivery trucks and handling fragile or heavy freight would be beneficial
- Punctual, reliable, and possesses an excellent eye for detail to prevent product damage
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety protocols
