MI Endo is a modern specialist endodontic clinic in Gregory Hills, and we’re looking for a warm, organised and reliable Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.

We’re a busy, fast-paced practice, so this role is ideal for someone who thrives in an energetic environment, enjoys staying busy and takes pride in getting the details right. You’ll need to be organised, adaptable and able to confidently manage competing priorities while maintaining a friendly and professional approach with our patients.

What You'll Be Doing

Your primary focus will be reception and patient coordination, with opportunities to assist across other areas of the practice.

- Welcoming patients and providing a warm, skilled experience
- Managing all front desk and reception duties
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
- Updating and maintaining accurate digital dental records




- Processing administrative tasks and maintaining attention to detail
- Performing sterilisation and infection control procedures
- Providing chairside assistance during endodontic procedures when required
- Supporting the wider team to keep the clinic running efficiently
- Helping wherever needed in our busy, fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For We’re looking for someone who is reliable, switched-on and genuinely enjoys working as part of a team.

You’ll ideally have

- Previous reception, administration or customer service experience
- Dental experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail and robust organisational skills
- The ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
- A confident, friendly and professional communication style
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A strong work ethic and pride in doing things properly
- The ability to work well independently while also being a supportive team player

A Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is desirable but not essential. We’re happy to train and support the right person who is motivated to learn and develop their skills. Trainee applicants are welcome to apply. Trainee rates may apply while skills and competencies are being developed.

Role Details Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time

Hours: Approximately 30-35 hours per week, Monday–Friday

Hours of Operation: Between 7:30am–5:30pm

Weekends: No weekends

Location: Gregory Hills, NSW

Pay: $28–$32 per hour + super, depending on experience
