We are seeking a dedicated and skilled dentist to join our client's dental office. They are seeking an experienced dentist as this is a busy office. At least 2 years of experience or a residency completed. This is a full time prospect for 4 or 5 days per week.
This is a very reputable office with great online reviews and lots of patients! They have an amazing team of assistants, hygienists and front desk, that all work very well together.
This is a state of the art office that only accepts some PPOs. No HMOs and no Medicaid. A full time dentist can expect to earn over 300K the first year, as their current associate is moving. So there is a busy patient base already established and many new patients each month.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Conduct general restorative procedures. If proficient in advanced procedures such as endo, extractions and implants that would be a plus.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments using Dentrix software.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Skills
- Proficient knowledge of general dentistry practices and procedures.
- Experience or interest in pediatric dentistry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Dentrix software for managing patient records efficiently.
- Strong understanding of anatomy related to dental health and treatment.
- Ability to fabricate dental appliances as needed for patient care.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with pa.tients and staff.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
