The College is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Deputy Principal who will be responsible for the overall Year Three to Year Six academic and pastoral wellbeing of students.

This position requires someone who is enthusiastic, energetic and able to work as part of a motivated K-12 team.The College will meet the costs of relocation to Albany for the successful applicant. A secondment from another school will be considered.
Selection Criteria The successful applicant must:
- Be an active member of the Catholic Church.
- Have a commitment to ensuring a secure environment for all students.
- Have a detailed knowledge of primary curriculum.
- Have the ability to analyse data and use the analysis to drive student improvement.
- Possess highly effective communication and interpersonal skills so as to engage positively with colleagues, students and parents.
- Have the ability to work to a deadline and to demonstrate a willingness to implement change in the
College environment.
- Have a sound knowledge of the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers so as to lead and manage the professional development and growth of staff to improve teaching and learning.
- Have an ability to participate in and lead whole school strategic planning and implementation.
- Possess or have a willingness to learn the knowledge of timetabling.
- A preparedness to be fully involved in school activities.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor of Education or equivalent.
- Have completed or working towards completion of Accreditation for Leadership of the Religious
Education Area.
- Have a minimum of seven years relevant educational experience.
