Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Dermal Therapist role based at Face Clinik in the Greater Sydney Area.

The Dermal

Therapist will perform skin consultations, assess client needs, and deliver a range of dermal and cosmetic treatments in line with clinic protocols. Daily responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, maintaining clinical hygiene and safety standards, documenting client treatment plans, and providing pre- and post-treatment care advice. The role also involves educating clients on appropriate skincare routines, recommending suitable products or follow-up treatments, and working closely with medical and administrative team members to support a smooth client experience.



The therapist is expected to contribute to a qualified, inclusive, and client-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Relevant qualification in dermal therapy, beauty therapy, or a related field, with competency in professional skin treatment techniques.
- Strong client care skills, including thorough consultation, clear communication, and the ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of cosmetic and skin health procedures, skincare products, and basic contraindications and safety requirements.
- Ability to follow clinical protocols, uphold high hygiene standards, and accurately document client treatments and outcomes.
- Comfort working in a medical practice setting, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and supporting a respectful, inclusive workplace.
- Availability to work part time in office in Kingswood, NSW, with flexibility for clinic scheduling needs.
- Previous experience in a cosmetic, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic environment is highly beneficial.
