Partnering with our client who have over 15 years experience delivering Civil Earthworks and Road Construction projects through regional Western Australia, have very quickly become one of the states leading and recognisable contractors within the industry. Their project portfolio includes MRWA, WALGA and clients within the mining and resource sector, with the ability to mobilise a medium to large size fleet and assets across projects.

With their impressive history, and a continual ability to go above and beyond they are looking for experienced supervisors to join the team, where you'll be allocated FIFO or DIDO on a 2:1 roster throughout the regional areas, and drive excellence across site crews through to completion.

About You: This role will be suited to your modern day supervisor, someone who not only takes pride in their work, but is passionate and motivated to teach the upcoming roots within the industry as to what excellence looks like. In addition, you will be able to build and manage client relationships, and drive cohesion across site crews.

In addition you will have:

- Solid leadership experience with at least 5+ years as a civil supervisor.




- Hold a S26 Ticket (Or Have booked in to complete).
- HR Licence (Highly Desirable).
- Machine Operating Experience & Tickets.
- Able & Willing to commit to a 2:1 Roster on either a DIDO or FIFO basis.
