Are you a Senior Associate in construction, infrastructure and/or projects who's ready for the next step? This opportunity offers senior career progression, exposure to significant infrastructure and development matters, and a culture that values balance and professional growth.

The Opportunity:

n

Join a highly regarded Corporate & Commercial team advising on major infrastructure and front-end projects across a wide variety of sectors. You'll act for developers, contractors, and all levels of government on complex and large-scale matters, with direct client contact and scope to take your career to the next level.

n

The Role:

n

n
- Draft and negotiate front-end construction and commercial agreements
n
- Advise on procurement models including construct only, D&C;, cooperative contracting, PPPs/project finance, and O&M; arrangements
n
- Prepare and review tender and contract documentation
n
- Advise on risk allocation, project delivery, and claims management
n
- Support clients across government, aged care and retirement living, education, water, residential, waste/resource recovery, and sporting facilities projects
n

About you:

n

You're an experienced Senior Associate with strong front-end construction/projects expertise. You enjoy client engagement, business development (whilst business development is a focus of the role, there are no set targets), and mentoring junior lawyers.

n

Most importantly, you're looking for an environment that will support your progression while giving you the platform to work on high-profile matters.
