Cleanstate Commercial Cleaning is looking for an Appointment Setter to join our team.
This position is full time however can be tailored to suit the right candidate with a flexible working arrangement.
The successful applicant must have:
- Telemarketing based experience or a sales background from another industry
- Excellent and confident telephone manner
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and multi-tasking skills are required
- Computer literacy and experience in a CRM database will be highly regarded
- Thrive in a dynamic work environment
- Active listening skills, be adept at influencing and persuading and will be motivated by working to weekly KPI's
- Cold calling sales experience is a plus
