About Us

Brewnity is an independent company with its own cafe distillery & brewery based at Artarmon, operating as Depot Brewery alongside Buckle Cafe Distillery. Depot Brewery produces our own range of craft beer and Buckle Cafe Distillery produces our vodka. We sell both into venues and retailers across Sydney and we're building the foundations to take them across NSW and, ultimately, nationally. This role is central to that growth.

About the Role

We're looking for a Sydney Area Manager to drive wholesale sales of our beer and vodka range across Sydney's on-premise and off-premise trade. You'll own your own patch — building new accounts, growing existing ones, and helping shape the sales strategy we'll use to expand across NSW and beyond. This is a full-time role with real scope to grow as our footprint does.

What You'll Do

- Develop and manage a portfolio of wholesale accounts across Sydney — pubs, bars, restaurants, bottle shops and retailers
- Prospect and win recent stockists across both on-premise and off-premise channels
- Grow existing accounts through range expansion, visibility and repeat ordering
- Own and report against sales targets and pipeline
- Represent Depot Brewery and Buckle Cafe Distillery at trade tastings, industry events and functions
- Work closely with our production and logistics teams to keep accounts stocked and happy
- Help build the playbook for expanding sales beyond Sydney into NSW and nationally

About You

- Proven sales experience, ideally in beverage,



FMCG or hospitality wholesale
- Existing relationships across Sydney's on-premise and/or off-premise trade highly regarded
- Self-motivated and target-driven, comfortable owning your own territory
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle (car allowance available) — this role involves regular travel across Sydney
- Solid relationship-building and negotiation skills
- A genuine passion for craft beer and premium spirits
