We're looking for an Account Assistant/Exec on a three-month contract (with potential to extend) to join our award-winning team. The best bit, you'll be trusted with bringing mischievous campaigns to life for some of Australia's biggest brands.

The role:

n

We're on the lookout for an Account Assistant or Account Executive (depending on experience) who's passionate about marketing. As part of our Account Service team, you'll play a key role in supporting across paid media (full funnel),



content, creative, and PR & earned channels — helping to bring seamless, impactful campaigns to life for our clients and partners.

- Support the project management of paid media and integrated campaigns; helping track timelines and coordinating internal teams to deliver against them.
n
- Work closely with the Account Managers and Directors to deliver account management excellence.
n
- Assist in the day-to-day client communications across multiple accounts.
n
- Help to prepare campaign documents, reports, and presentations.
n
- Draft and refine creative briefs and collate client feedback for the creative team.
n
- Assist with PCR reporting and gathering actionable insights.
n
- Coordinating meetings, agendas, and follow-ups to keep clients and teams aligned.
n
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, partners and clients.
n

What we're looking for:

n

- Agency experience essential — 6–12 months across social, digital, creative or integrated agency.
n
- Exposure to media account management (briefing, timelines, client servicing basics).
n
- An understanding of multi-channel campaigns across social, digital, creative and earned is a bonus.
n
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks, with strong attention to detail.
n

- $300 day rate inclusive of Super
n
