The successful intern would get exposure to the following duties:

- Technical Support : Provide assistance with hardware and software troubleshooting, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices such as printers and scanners.

- Network Support: Assist in basic network maintenance, resolving connectivity issues, and managing network devices like routers and switches

- Documentation: Create and update user guides, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles for internal use.

- User Support: Respond to and resolve user queries related to operating systems, software, and other IT-related issues via email, phone, or in-person.

- Asset Management: Track and manage IT inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely updates.
n
- System Monitoring: Monitor and log system activities to identify and resolve potential problems.
